Vortex yarn is a dual structure of yarn, has core and outsourcing two part, core fibers arranged in parallel, without twist, outsourcing fibers were regular spiral wrapped in the surface of core of fiber . Well-regulated spiral vortex yarn wrapping fiber proportion is large, accounting for about 60% of the total fiber, so that the internal untwisted fiber was almost completely covered, overcomes  core  expose problem of the air-jet yarn , surface fiber arrangement is more similar to the traditional ring spinning yarn, structure more closely.

Vortex Single yarn strength is low than traditional ring spinning and compact spinning , but the strength irregularity is better, is similar with traditional ring spinning yarn structure in appearance. And the yarn hairiness is reduced greatly, good abrasion resistance and pilling performance. Yarn can be used on yarn strength requirements are not high production of knitted fabrics, thereby eliminating the fabric pilling problem.
